CHRIS
Christopher Byrne is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, who served from 1998 through 2002, deploying to Afghanistan after the attack on September 11th with an honorable discharge. He is a dedicated husband, married for 14 years, and all while juggling their 4 boys (ages 11, 9 and 6 year old twins).
With an Associates Degree in Machine Technology and a decade in experience as a precision machinist, holding tolerances to .0005", followed by experience as a Sustaining Engineer in the Oil and Gas Artificial-Lift Sector, he brings military discipline, technical precision, and problem-solving expertise to every project. Alongside partner Corey Burgess, the company also delivers home remodeling, pool and spa renovations, backyard landscapes, barndominiums, and home-wellness builds.
Firstly, Corey is the proud father of Clark, his incredible four year old son and only child (He wants two more). Coming from a pool builder legacy, Corey started working on pools at the ripe age of fourteen and has been ever since. Before partnering with Chris, he built pools on his own for the past ten years. Prior to building, Corey studied Business, Economics, and Philosophy at Stephen F. Austin State University. He is known for his design work, selling many designs to other builders throughout the pool industry, as well as other industries, including home design and landscape architecture. Corey will personally be designing your project. He tries to incorporate originality in every project. Designing each project with intention gives him an advantage over other builders, with knowledge of every detail when running the jobsite through each facet of construction from start to finish.

Advantage by Design
Custom In-House Design
Each custom design is done in-house by Corey, a true industry innovator. After visiting your property for a site walk and project consultation, we’ll deliver an initial project design within 72 hours. You’ll review this together with us at your follow-up consultation. Across the industry, design turnaround typically takes two to three weeks, but your initial concept with us is free and guaranteed back to you in three.
We also offer a 3-hour, in‑home design consultation where you can watch your backyard come to life in real time. This experience costs $500, or $1,000 for projects over $300,000. The full amount is credited back to you in the final contract once signed. If you decide to delay the project or choose another builder, you still own the full design and all project, construction, drainage and grading, and lighting plans.
(Landscape design costs extra, varies by scope, and is not included.)
For years, Corey has created outdoor project designs across a wide range of construction, including barndominiums, landscape architecture, custom pools and spas, outdoor living spaces, and even custom homes. His work has been sold to homeowners, businesses, and—most often—to other builders and industry competitors. Many of these full-scope project designs and plans reach $10,000 or more, with an average design package around $2,100. So even if you ultimately choose a different direction, you receive exceptional value and expert guidance simply by giving us a call.
All of our projects include only top-rated equipment, materials, accessories, and products, and we stay on the leading edge of energy-efficient solutions. The latest technology and cutting-edge innovations are built into every project as our standard, not an upgrade.

Lucky for you, he is a co-owner and your initial design concept is free of charge.

In Home Personal Design Experience
Your time and attention matters. So we also offer in home design sessions where webring our high power laptop to you. Fill out a short design preference inquiry and provide us with your property survey which is submitted digitally with the inquiry, schedule a date and time. During the consult we walk you through the process step by step, give our recommendations, all while you provide your immediate feedback as you watch your vision come to life in real time. Our signature in home design experience is $500. The cost is deducted from the contract total if you sign with us.
